The aim of the 15th Primary Teacher Education Symposium with International Participation is to;
Share scientific studies, practice, and experiences,
Gather academics, teachers, and students to develop scientific and social interaction,
Present new perspectives, and new study fields regarding Primary Teacher Education.

15th International Primary Teacher Education Symposium (USOS 2016) hosted by Muğla Sıtkı Koçman University Faculty of Education, is going be held in La Blanche Island Bodrum Hotel which is on Pina peninsula in Bodrum, Muğla.

Since 1994, hosted by 14 different faculty of education, USOS has gained prestige with the increased scientific quality and professional facet. Thereby, we are honoured to host the 15th of USOS in Muğla during 11-14 May 2016.

The purpose of the symposium is to share experiences and practices in the field of ‘Primary School Teaching and Teacher Training’, to gather academicians, teachers and students in the field with the aim of carrying the social interaction to the peak among, to manage collaboration and coordination and to create new aspects and research interests.

For the aim of increasing the quality of the symposium, we are going to try hard to achieve participation of notable scientists both from our country and abroad. We are going to spread a huge effort on discussing and evaluating current problems of Primary School Teaching and Teacher Training in details and creating the required scientific atmosphere during the symposium. Within this context; there are going to be presentations, conferences, panels, poster presentations and workshops. Briefly, we are in the preparation of a symposium full of scientific and social interaction.

Book of abstract will be given to participants within the symposium kit. We are also working on dealing with journals to have a special issue for the presentations’ full-text. The list of the journals supporting the symposium will be announced on the symposium web-site.
